From 22 to 25 December 2014, specialists from 100 TONN.KZ, working on behalf of Instar Logistics LLP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, completed the unloading, 90-degree turning, and installation of five BOSCH boilers in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Each boiler weighed 86 tonnes and was installed on its foundation in the design position.
The working space was limited by the presence of pits in the work area. The total weight of the installed equipment amounted to 350 tonnes. The use of a heavy-duty 18-meter beam and 24 meters of rail track for the gantry system, combined with the extensive experience and professional expertise of the 100 TONN.KZ team, enabled the full scope of work to be completed in four days.
