1) What is included in pipeline installation?

All types of preparatory work, assembly of the pipeline system from elements, fabrication of welded joints, quality control, testing, and handover to the customer. If necessary, we perform pipeline flushing: this service is especially in demand for hydraulic and lubrication systems that require high cleanliness.

2) What installation methods do you use?

We employ the main welding processes used in industrial fabrication, including Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA / SMAW) and gas-shielded arc welding—namely semi-automatic MIG/MAG (GMAW) and manual TIG (GTAW). For large-diameter pipelines (typically over 1000 mm) with thick wall sections, automatic Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) is used.

3) How long does pipeline installation take?

Welding productivity depends on the welding position, pipe diameter and wall thickness, material properties, and site conditions. Under favorable conditions, an experienced welder can typically complete welds totaling approximately 15–30 inches of pipe diameter per shift.

4) Do you provide a warranty for equipment and pipeline installation works?

Yes, of course, because we are confident in the quality of our services, as we employ only experienced technologists, installers, and welders, and use high-quality welding materials and equipment. The standard warranty is one year.

5) How much does equipment and pipeline installation cost in Kazakhstan?

The price depends on the features of the facility, site conditions, scope of work, urgency, and specific customer requirements. We consider the material type, thickness, and, of course, the welding method. For a simple pipeline, the cost starts from 75,000 tenge per meter of welded seam.
