As part of the project implementation under Contract No. 24-7277-53 dated July 30, 2024, 100 TONN.KZ LLP carried out a complex set of rigging operations involving the relocation, assembly, and installation of heavy equipment onto the foundation:

During the execution of the work, 100 TONN.KZ LLP demonstrated strong commitment to the international project. The engineering team was always available, promptly addressed new tasks, and proposed technically sound and safe working methods. On-site personnel performed all work safely and in full compliance with technical requirements. Additionally, during the project, the team made necessary adjustments and improvements to the rigging process, demonstrating their high level of professionalism. Under the contract, 100 TONN.KZ carried out the loading, relocation, upending, and installation of the press base weighing 31 tons and the press crown weighing 29 tons. A 200-ton hydraulic gantry system was used to perform the work.

From September 28 to October 3, 2023, under the contract between JSC “Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant” and LLP “100 TONN.KZ”, the company “100 TONN.KZ” successfully performed the lifting, moving, lateral shifting, and installation of a 6300 kN horizontal hot-forging press (total weight 40 tons) into its working position at the Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant in Aktobe.

The works were carried out using modern rigging equipment from 100 TONN.KZ, including the GP200 gantry system and associated rigging gear. The project was supervised by I.Sh. Saifulin (Project Manager), R.D. Poberezhnyuk (Chief Project Engineer), and V.Yu. Kalugin (Works Supervisor).

The 100 TONN.KZ team worked professionally, efficiently, and as a well-coordinated unit. All occupational health, safety, and fire safety requirements were strictly observed. The job was completed to a high standard and on time.
