One of the priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to develop industrial production by introducing advanced technologies and attracting foreign investment in the industrial sector. 100 TONN.KZ actively participates in projects for the installation of production facilities, taking care of the practical, technical, and organizational issues that international equipment suppliers may face when working in Kazakhstan.

We deliver production facilities that are ready for start-up, while helping clients avoid the organizational complexity of managing projects in a foreign country. By engaging local teams in Kazakhstan, our clients can significantly reduce installation costs and avoid the expense of bringing in specialists from Europe, Asia, or the Americas.
Our track record already includes numerous successful projects. For example, in 2024, at a railway wheel production facility in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region, we installed six machines and two high-capacity German-made presses. In 2025, we completed the installation of equipment for two automotive component production workshops in Kostanay, working with 25 client companies from eight countries. We are currently installing and assembling European power equipment in Mangystau Region, where three hydraulic gantry sets with capacities of 380, 500, and 1,100 tonnes are operating on the project at the same time. At another site in Petropavlovsk in North Kazakhstan Region, several European manufacturers of food industry equipment are renting our machinery for production line installation, with some also engaging our personnel for the works.
We offer comprehensive services for the installation of new machines, presses, and production lines. We can also handle the relocation of used equipment from anywhere in the world to Kazakhstan. In addition, our rigging and heavy lifting equipment is available for rental.
