100 TONN.KZ installed two presses and an oil tank from the German manufacturer Schuler, commissioned by Messor Projects LLP.
For this project, we utilized:
- a hydraulic skidding system
- a turntable
- a 200-ton gantry system
- a 500-ton gantry system
The Schuler MHFT-10 forging press weighing 94 tons was virtually complete. Using the skidding system, we transported it to the foundation, where it was lifted, upended, and positioned into its final location using the gantry.
The Schuler MH-10000 press, weighing 890 tons, consisted of eight plates 17 m long and weighing 52 tons each. We assembled it with two gantries at the same time: one at the top and one at the bottom. We used them to move the plates into a vertical position and install them precisely.
The project was carried out exactly according to the schedule of the German chief engineers.
