The 100 TONN team rigged a 6300 kN horizontal hot forging press at an oil equipment manufacturing facility in Kazakhstan. We moved the horizontal forging machine (HFM) to the cold shop, then through the opening between the shops into the machining shop, and then lowered the equipment into the pit.

A gantry system with a lifting capacity of 200 tonnes was used for rigging operations. Performing the same operations with a mobile crane of equivalent capacity would have cost the client approximately ten times more.
Project Features
The coordination of equipment delivery timelines took a long time. But as soon as the customer had certainty, our company promptly mobilized the necessary resources, including personnel and rigging equipment, to the site. We took special measures to protect the shop flooring.

Upon project completion, the client provided feedback praising the 100 TONN team for their high level of professionalism, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination. They specifically highlighted our strict compliance with the requirements of labor protection and safety rules.
Key project tasks
- Development of the Work Execution Plan (WEP)
- Unpacking the equipment
- Moving the HFM to the installation site
