In December 2014, the company “100 TONN.KZ” performed unloading from trucks, moving to the place of installation and installation on the foundation of two parts of horizontal straightening machine weighing 83 and 96 tons respectively and vertical straightening machine weighing 106 tons at the production site of Aktobe rail and beam plant in Aktobe (Kazakhstan).
The project start dates were postponed multiple times due to delays in equipment delivery. Nevertheless, “100 TONN.KZ” specialists and equipment arrived in Aktobe by the rescheduled date, despite a very dense and demanding year-end production schedule. All works were successfully completed within the planned timeframe, the equipment was installed and put into operation.
