The “100 TONN.KZ” team has successfully installed a thermal sand regeneration unit at the request of FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGIES, s.r.o.. This equipment is designed for processing engine blocks produced by KamLitKZ LLP.
The project included the installation of gas furnaces, a 28.6 m high chimney, a sand cooler, ventilation pipes, and service platforms. We undertook all the necessary lifting operations. The work was completed in three months.
The Work Execution Plan (WEP) prepared by 100 TONN.KZ fully complied with all requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the installation we used:
- Truck cranes with a lifting capacity from 16 to 100 tons
- A truck-mounted crane with a lifting capacity of 7 tons.
- Forklift truck with a lifting capacity of 5 tons
- Articulated and scissor hydraulic lifts
- A set of manual and electric tools
- Welding equipment
