Specialists from “100 TONN” completed the installation of SACMI (Italy) ceramic tile production equipment at a facility in Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan. The project involved installing two new SACMI PH3200 presses, an ECP 285/16.9 five-level horizontal dryer, and an FCC 285/111.3 single-channel high-speed roller kiln.

Executing this project in the Republic of Uzbekistan came with its own set of challenges, including cross-border customs clearance for equipment import/export and harsh on-site conditions with temperatures reaching +45°C. Once again, our team of specialists proved that no conditions can compromise the quality of our work.

Rigging work during installation
As part of the project, our installers carried out the rigging of heavy equipment, including moving into the shop and installing two SACMI presses weighing 90 tons each into the design position. To install and move the equipment, we used GP500 gantry jacking system and 120 tons carts.
