The “100 TONN.KZ” team has successfully installed a thermal sand regeneration unit at the request of FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGIES, s.r.o.. This equipment is designed for processing engine blocks produced by KamLitKZ LLP.
The project included the installation of gas furnaces, a 28.6 m high chimney, a sand cooler, ventilation pipes, and service platforms. We undertook all the necessary lifting operations. The work was completed in three months.
The Work Execution Plan (WEP) prepared by 100 TONN.KZ fully complied with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Equipment used for the installation:
- Truck cranes with lifting capacities from 16 to 100 tonnes
- A loader crane with a lifting capacity of 7 tonnes
- Forklift truck with a lifting capacity of 5 tonnes
- Boom lift and scissor lift
- A set of manual and electric tools
- Welding equipment
