The 100 TONN MONTAZH team rigged a 6300 kN horizontal hot forging press at an oil equipment manufacturing facility in Kazakhstan. We moved the horizontal forging machine (HFM) to the cold shop, then through the inter-shop opening into the machining shop, and then lowered the equipment into the pit.

A gantry system with a lifting capacity of 200 tons was used for rigging operations. Performing the same operations with a mobile crane of equivalent capacity would have cost the client approximately ten times more.
Project Features
It took a long time to agree on the delivery date of the equipment. But as soon as the customer had certainty, our company promptly mobilized the necessary resources, including personnel and rigging equipment, to the site. We took special measures to protect the shop flooring.

As a result of the project, the customer sent a feedback, in which he noted the high professionalism of the employees of 100 TONN MONTAGE, efficiency and coherence of work, compliance with the requirements of labor protection and safety rules.
