Rigging is a set of services for moving heavy and (or) oversized equipment. As a rule, rigging works are carried out within a production/infrastructure facility.

Simply put, it is a change in the location or even position of presses and hammers, printing presses and turbines, vessels and transformers – anything that is difficult to move and should never be dropped.

1) What does rigging include?

All kinds of services of loading and unloading, relocation of large-sized technological units. Reloading from one type of transportation to another. Installation of machine tools, presses, other units on foundations, lifting to heights. Canting of loads, i.e. rotation around the horizontal axis. Rigging support for large-scale assembly.

2) Do you offer a warranty for rigging equipment?

We guarantee the safety and quality of all operations, as we work exclusively on a project-by-project basis. We use certified equipment that undergoes regular maintenance. 100 TONN.KZ” employs engineers and production teams with certifications and many years of experience. At the customer’s request, we additionally insure expensive cargoes.

3) What affects the cost of rigging?

Firstly, the weight of the load and its dimensions. Secondly, the specifics of the site. For example, the presence or absence of stationary cranes, the amount of free space, ceiling height, floor features, foundations, etc. Third, the urgency of the project. Fourth, the location of the enterprise, its logistical accessibility.

4) What are the rates for rigging of large-size equipment in Kazakhstan?

Loading onto a low-bed truck starts at 100,000 tenge per ton. Machine installation starts from 5 million tenge.

5) How do I order and pay for rigging?

Call or write to us! We will send an engineer to your site free of charge to assess your project, determine the optimal rigging method, calculate the cost, and provide a technical-commercial proposal. If everything is acceptable, we will sign a contract and issue an invoice for payment.
