The use of gantries, cable jacks can only be done in accordance with the Work Production Plan (WPP). Our engineers will develop such a project or verify the WPP prepared by a third party organization.

Along with rented hydraulic systems, two 100 TONN employees travel to the rental site. They oversee gantry installation, operate it, and monitor the proper and safe movement of loads.

1) What rigging equipment is available for hire?

2) What are the most popular types of rigging equipment for rent?

Forklift trucks with lifting heights of up to 4.5 m are a universal technical means with a wide range of applications. Employees authorized to drive such vehicles are available at most production facilities. Gantry systems are more complex and specialized, requiring qualified operators.

3) How much does it cost to rent rigging equipment in Kazakhstan?

According to the price list, the lower limit of the cost of a loader with a capacity of 5 tons is 60,000 tenge including VAT per day in case of a contract for 30 days or more. If the rental period is two or three days, a day will cost 90,000 tenge. The cost of a gantry system with a load capacity of 125 tons starts from 750,000 tenge per shift. In each project the price is calculated individually.
