From December 22 to 25, 2014, commissioned by Instar Logistics LLP (Kazakhstan), “100 Tonn” specialists performed the unloading, 90-degree rotation, and installation of five BOSCH boilers onto their foundations. Each boiler weighed 86 tons, and all were placed into their design positions in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
The working space was limited by the presence of pits in the work area. The total weight of the installed equipment amounted to 350 tons. The use of a heavy-duty 18-meter beam and 24 meters of rail track for the gantry system, together with the extensive experience and high professionalism of 100 Tons’ employees, made it possible to complete the work in four days.
