Our team installed two abrasive blasting units at a machinery manufacturing enterprise in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We also installed a chimney stack and a carbon dioxide tank. Pipeline welding was carried out, along with non-destructive testing of welded joints.
Project Features
The work schedule was adjusted during the project, but we successfully adapted to the client’s needs. Personnel and equipment were mobilized promptly, and the main scope of work was completed on time.
The equipment was installed under the supervision of chief engineers. The “100 TONN MONTAGE” site management established effective communication with the manufacturer’s representatives. Our proposals for optimizing the technology were accepted.

- Truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons
- Truck crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons
- MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform)
- Forklift
- Scissor lift
