100 TONN.KZ team performed rigging of a 60-ton press at Kazogneupor plant in Rudny. Our specialists loaded the base and crown of the press on an in-house trailer at the temporary storage warehouse, then moved them across the plant and installed them into the design position. We used a gantry system with a lifting capacity of 200 tons.
It would have been impossible to solve this task using a truck crane. Without gantry technology, it would have been necessary to fabricate special metal structures and assemble the press using winches. This is a complex solution associated with extended timelines and other risks.
By using the gantry, our specialists were able to install the press ahead of schedule. This allowed us to reduce the time required for the presence of chief engineers from China and accelerated the commissioning of the equipment.
