The 100 TONN MONTAGE team moved the printing press units from the shop entrance gate to the installation site, unpacked the equipment and performed its large-scale assembly. The total weight of the Currency LC-1232 offset printing machine was 102,200 kg.
Project Features
We carried out the rigging work in an existing workshop. The conditions at the printing press assembly site were cramped. For the installation and assembly of the Currency LC-1232 units, the “100 TONN MONTAGE” crew used a gantry system with a lifting capacity of 60 tons and advanced rigging equipment. The work was completed on schedule.
