“100 TONN MONTAGE” transported a tobacco drum across the plant site, positioned the equipment according to the project specifications, and secured it with bolted connections. The company’s team also dismantled the old drum and relocated it to a storage facility

Project features
The weight of each drum was 17 tons. For rigging, the crew used a GP60 gantry system, a set of transport trolleys with a load capacity of up to 80 tons, low-profile jacks, and manual winches.

- Unloading the container with the drum from the truck
- Transporting the container from the gate to the installation site in the workshop
- Opening the container and removing the drum from the frame

- Fabrication of a support cradle. Lowering and moving the used drum onto the cradle
