Our team installed two HELLER CT 8000 and HELLER FT 8000 five-axis horizontal milling centers at a machine-building plant in Kazakhstan. Each machine weighed 22 tons.
The works included:
- unloading the equipment from trailers using a 70 t truck crane
- moving machines to the installation area using rigging carts
- anchoring and holding during alignment using a gantry system with a lifting capacity of 200 tons
The installation was carried out under conditions of restricted access to the installation area.
