The Kapital news agency has published an article about the 100 TONN.KZ project at a wheelset manufacturing facility in Ekibastuz. Our company installed two large-scale Schuler presses and commissioned six RQQ machines at the plant’s forging and tyre (bandage) complex.
The most technically demanding and interesting aspect of the project was the assembly of the Schuler MH-10000 plate press, with a total weight of 890 tonnes. This was carried out using two gantry systems operating simultaneously.
