The flexographic printing press was manufactured 20 years ago. It had previously been in operation in Europe, had been relocated several times, and had not been used for some time before the project began. A challenge arose for the owner before installation could begin: the 25-tonne printing unit could only be lifted using designated slinging points, but the customer was unable to find a local contractor with the required rigging equipment. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 100 TONN.KZ team, which was already on site at the time, proposed an alternative engineering solution. Instead of lifting the printing unit by crane, the equipment was jacked off the pallet, placed onto machinery skates, and moved into the workshop. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that, our specialists carried out:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mechanical and electrical installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During assembly, it became clear that many pneumatic components inside the machine were damaged. Some parts were replaced with new ones.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x440;&#x435;&#x437;&#x443;&#x43B;&#x44C;&#x442;&#x430;&#x442;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Soma Midi printing press was assembled and prepared for commissioning.
